Abstract:
In order to investigate the spin-forming ability of nickel-copper alloy ultra-thin walled tubes, the ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to analyze the wrinkling and deformation uniformity of the nickel-copper alloy ultra-thin walled tube during ball spinning, and finally the ultimate forming thickness of the tube was obtained. The results show that with the increase of the overall thinning rate, the wrinkle factor of the tube gradually increases and the deformation uniformity becomes worse, and the overall thinning rate can reach 90%, and the ultimate forming thickness is about 0.06 mm.
