Abstract:
High-performance composite enamel coating can effectively improve the service strength and service life of boiler pipes in harsh environment. The ceramic fiber composite enamel coating was prepared by sintering the enamel glaze with different ceramic fiber content on the surface of weathering steel. The surface morphology of the enamel layer was observed by scanning electron microscope, the crystallization and thermodynamic properties of the enamel were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry, and the impact resistance, acid corrosion resistance and temperature change resistance of the enamel sample were characterized by physical and chemical tests. The results show that the interface between ceramic fiber and enamel base glaze is well combined, the glass transition temperature of enamel glaze is increased, the impact strength of composite enamel coating is increased, and the temperature change resistance is improved.
