高温锅炉主蒸汽管道在线声发射检测可行性研究

    Feasibility Study on On-line Acoustic Emission Detection of Main Steam Pipeline of High-Temperature Boiler

    • 摘要: 大型锅炉主蒸汽管道由于其高温运行环境,常规检测方法无法对其实现在线检测。本文提供了一种基于声发射技术的在线检测方法,采用声发射传感器连接波导杆的方式,搭建了高温锅炉主蒸汽管道声发射检测实验系统,并利用断铅法来模拟管道产生裂纹时的声源信号,分别进行了不同温度下的灵敏度测试、信号衰减测试、声速测定以及定位准确度分析,验证了利用声发射检测技术对高温锅炉主蒸汽管道进行在线检测的可行性,也为声发射技术在高温压力管道缺陷检测的未来发展提供了方向。

       

      Abstract: Due to high temperature operating environment, the main steam pipeline of large boilers cannot achieve on-line detection by conventional testing methods. An on-line detection method was provided based on acoustic emission technology and the acoustic emission sensor was adopted to connect the waveguide rod, an acoustic emission detection experimental system was built for the main steam pipeline of high-temperature boilers. In addition, the lead-cut method was used to simulate the sound source signal when the pipeline cracks, and the sensitivity test, signal attenuation test, sound velocity measurement and positioning accuracy analysis at different temperatures were carried out, which verified the feasibility of using acoustic emission detection technology to conduct on-line detection of the main steam pipeline in high-temperature boilers, and also provided a direction for the future development of acoustic emission technology in the defect detection of high-temperature pressure pipelines.
