E级燃气轮机服役透平叶片GTD111的显微组织及性能研究

    Study on Microstructure and Properties of GTD111 Turbine Blade of E Class Gas Turbinein Service

    • 摘要: 采用金相、硬度、SEM、EDS、XRD等分析试验方法,对服役后的E级燃气轮机第一级动叶GTD111进行显微组织及性能进行研究。结果表明,服役叶片的金相组织为典型的枝晶形态,一次晶和二次晶特征明显;服役叶片主要析出相为γ'相、σ相、MC碳化物;γ'相作为主要的沉淀强化相,主要成分为Al Ni3,叶身部位的γ'相与叶根部位相比有明显的粗化和筏化;MC碳化物主要以(Ti,Ta)C的形式存在,是Ta元素大量固溶在Ti C中形成的,而高温下粗大的MC碳化物处容易应力集中,萌生微裂纹。

       

      Abstract: Metallographic, hardness, SEM, EDS and XRD analysis test methods were applied to study the microstructure and properties of the first stage rotor blade GTD111 of E class gas turbine after service. The results show that the metallographic structure of the blade is typical dendrite morphology with obvious primary and secondary crystal characteristics. The main precipitates of the blade are γ’ phase, σ phase, MC carbide. γ’ is the main precipitation strengthening phase, the main component is Al Ni3. γ’ has obvious coarsening and rafting on the root position. MC carbides mainly exist in the form of(Ti, Ta) C, which is formed by a large amount of solid solution of Ta element in Ti C. At high temperatures, stress concentration and microcracks are easy to occur at coarse MC carbides.
