天然气输送弯管开裂失效分析

    Failure Analysis on Cracking of Natural Gas Transmission Bend Pipe

    • 摘要: 采用金相组织分析、裂纹扩展情况分析、断口分析以及力学性能检测等方法对已服役多年的天然气输送弯管的突发失效原因进行进行分析。结果表明:弯管在热煨工艺过程中受热不均,失效部位加热温度过高,在较高冷却速度下产生了板条马氏体和魏氏组织,导致该部位强硬度增加,塑性和抗疲劳性能降低,在长期交变应力作用下,发生疲劳破坏。

       

      Abstract: Metallographic structure analysis, crack propagation analysis, fracture analysis and mechanical property tests were carried out to find the cause of the sudden failure of a natural gas transmission bend that had been in service for many years. The results show that the bend pipe is unevenly heated during the induction process, the heating temperature of the failure part is too high, and the lath martensite and Widmanstatten structure are formed at a high cooling rate, resulting in an increase in the strength of the part, a decrease in plasticity and fatigue resistance, and fatigue failure occurs under long-term alternating stress.
