Abstract:
As a common method of combining ceramics and metals, brazing has been widely used in aerospace,microelectronics and other fields. However, due to the difference in the properties of the two materials, residual stress occurs in the brazing joint, which affects the mechanical properties of the joint, so how to control the residual stress has become the key to the brazing joint. The brazing method for ceramic and metal connection was reviewed, the influence of residual stress of brazing joint and the detection method of residual stress were introduced, and different methods to alleviate residual stress of brazing joint were analyzed.
