Abstract:
Taking 63Sn37Pb tin spheres as the research object, the bumps that a tin ball encounters when transported over long distances was mimicked by shaking the tin ball with a water bath oscillator. The influence of different shaking time on the chromaticity value and spreading property of tin ball was analyzed by chromaticity value detection, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS). The results show that when the tin ball is shaken for less than 100 min, as the shaking time increases, the chroma value of the tin ball decreases accordingly, the spreading in area gradually decreases, the chromaticity value of tin ball decreases from 69.03 NBS to 50.78 NBS, tin ball spreading in area decreases from 67.2 mm
2 to non-melting.
