冷却系统在冷却液中的腐蚀性研究

    Study on Corrosiveness of Cooling System in Coolant

    • 摘要: 研究了冷却系统中铝合金和不锈钢材料在冷却液中的腐蚀相容性。通过搭建实验室模拟液冷系统观察冷却液对冷却系统中铝合金和不锈钢材料的腐蚀情况,采用EDS分析模拟液冷系统产生的腐蚀产物,采用离子色谱仪对冷却液中的阴离子含量进行检测分析,对多种表面处理后的铝合金和不锈钢材料在冷却液中进行电化学性能测试。结果表明:阴离子含量较高的冷却液会对铝合金等材料产生较为严重的腐蚀。经过阳极氧化处理的5A05铝合金和酸洗钝化后的022Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢在冷却液中具有较好的耐腐蚀性能。阳极氧化处理的5A05铝合金的腐蚀电流密度为3.00×10-7A·cm-2,酸洗钝化后的022Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢的腐蚀电流密度为2.21×10-7A·cm-2

       

      Abstract: The corrosion compatibility of aluminum alloy and stainless steel,the main metal materials in the cooling system,was studied.The corrosion of coolant to aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials was observed by building laboratory simulation cooling system.The elemental composition of corrosion products was analyzed by EDS.The anion content in the coolant was detected and analyzed by IC.The electrochemical properties of aluminum alloy and stainless steel were tested.The results show that coolant with high anion content causes serious corrosion to aluminum alloy.Anodized 5A05 aluminum alloy and pickling passivation 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel exhibit excellent corrosion resistance in coolant.The Icorrof anodized 5A05 aluminum alloy is 3.00×10-7A·cm-2.The Icorrof pickling passivation 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel is 2.21×10-7A·cm-2.
