喷丸处理对2219铝合金扩散连接影响研究

    Study on Effect of Shot Peening on Diffusion Bonding of 2219 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用湿喷丸技术处理铝合金表面,研究喷丸强度对2219铝合金扩散连接的影响。结果表明:随着喷丸强度的提高,表面粗糙度由0.1 mmN的1.917 μm增加到0.3 mmN的3.401 μm,且过大的喷丸强度易导致表面出现轻微的剥落损伤现象;喷丸强化提供的残余应力场可以促进界面的扩散连接过程,一方面加速溶质原子扩散并在界面聚集成相且与氧化物产生交互作用;另一方面促进再结晶晶粒形成,利用新晶界的动态迁移过程消除原始界面,两者共同作用提升了界面的愈合效果,0.1 mmN时界面剪切强度可由无喷丸的12.6 MPa提升至41.1 MPa。

       

      Abstract: The effect of shot peening strength on diffusion bonding of 2219 aluminum alloy was studied by wet shot peening. The results show that with the increase of shot peening strength, the surface roughness changes from 0.1 mmN to 1.917 μm increased to 3.401 μm of 0.3 mmN. Moreover, too large shot peening strength can easily lead to slight peeling damage on the surface. The residual stress field provided by shot peening can promote the diffusion bonding process at the interface. On the one hand, it can accelerate the diffusion of solute atoms and agglomerate into phases at the interface and interact with oxides.On the other hand, it promotes the formation of recrystallized grains and eliminates the original interface by using the dynamic migration process of the new grain boundary.The joint effect of the two improves the healing effect of the interface.At 0.1 mmN, the interfacial shear strength can be increased from 12.6 MPa without shot peening to 41.1 MPa.
