焊后热处理对6082-T6铝合金FSW接头性能的影响

    Effect of Post-weld Heat Treatment on Performance of 6082-T6 Aluminum Alloy FSW Joint

    • 摘要: 为了提高6082铝合金FSW接头的性能,对5 mm厚6082铝合金板材进行FSW实验,焊后对焊接接头进行自然时效、人工时效、T4(固溶处理+自然时效)、T6(固溶处理+人工时效)处理,并对焊接接头的金相组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明: T6热处理后焊接接头硬度均匀且达到母材硬度水平,其抗拉强度在空气中和3.5% NaCl溶液中均达200 MPa以上; T4热处理后焊接接头延展性优越,伸长率达25.5%,焊接接头硬度均匀,但只有母材硬度的一半;人工时效热处理能在一定程度上提高焊接接头硬度,但其腐蚀倾向最大;自然时效热处理后焊接接头的腐蚀倾向最小。T6热处理焊接接头的腐蚀速率最低,T4热处理焊接接头的腐蚀速率最高。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the performance of FSW joints of 6082 aluminum alloy, FSW experiment of 5mm thick 6082 aluminum alloy plate was conducted. After welding, the welded joint was subjected to natural aging, artificial aging, T4 (solution treatment + natural aging) and T6 (solution treatment + artificial aging) heat treatment, and then the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were analyzed. The results show that after T6 heat treatment, the hardness of the welded joint is uniform and reaches the hardness level of the base metal, and the tensile strength is above 200 MPa in both air and 3.5% NaCl solution; after T4 heat treatment, the ductility of the welded joint is superior, the elongation is about 25.5%, the hardness of the welded joint is uniform but only half of the base metal hardness. Artificial aging heat treatment can improve the hardness of the welded joint in a certain extent, but its corrosion tendency is the greatest; the welded joint after natural aging heat treatment has the smallest corrosion tendency. The joint in T6 state has the lowest corrosion rate and the joint in T4 state has the highest corrosion rate.
