气体温度对ZM6基体表面冷喷涂6061铝合金涂层性能影响

    Effect of Gas Temperature on Properties of Cold Sprayed 6061 Aluminum Alloy Coatings on ZM6 Substrate Surface

    • 摘要: 使用氮气在高压(5 MPa)条件下,通过调节工作气体温度(400、500、600℃)在ZM6基体上制备了大厚度6061铝合金涂层,再选择最佳温度条件下制备的6061铝合金涂层与块体6061铝合金同时进行摩擦磨损实验。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、三维轮廓仪对涂层以及磨损后磨痕形貌进行表征。结果表明:500℃条件下制备的6061铝合金涂层综合性能最佳,孔隙率1.89%,显微硬度78.18 HV0.1,涂层与ZM6基体的结合强度超过62 MPa。在不添加其他硬质相的情况下,单组分6061涂层仍能保持与块体6061铝合金相近的耐磨性能,既有黏着磨损又有磨粒磨损。

       

      Abstract: The large thick 6061 aluminum alloy coatings were successfully deposited on ZM6 substrate by adjusting the working gas temperature(400 ℃,500 ℃,600 ℃)at high nitrogen pressure(5 MPa).Then,the 6061 aluminum alloy coating deposited under the optimum temperature conditions was selected for friction wear experiments with the block 6061 aluminum alloy. The coatings and the worn surfaces were characterized by OM,SEM and 3D profiler. The results show that the 6061 aluminum alloy coating deposited at 500℃has the best overall performance with porosity of 1.89%,microhardness of 78.18 HV0.1,and the bonding strength of the coating with the ZM6 substrate exceeds 62 MPa. Without the addition of other hard phases,the single-component 6061 coating maintains wear resistance,which is similar to that of the block 6061 aluminum alloy.There is both adhesive wear and abrasive wear.
