摆动方式对5754铝合金激光拼焊接头性能影响的研究

摘要: 为了探究5754铝合金板材在汽车领域的应用,采用不同摆动方式对1.4 mm铝合金薄板开展未去除/去除氧化膜的激光焊接工艺试验,并对其焊缝表面及截面形貌、气孔率、微观组织及焊接接头力学性能进行分析。结果表明,5754铝合金表面氧化膜是否存在,对不同摆动方式的焊缝形貌、气孔率、组织和接头性能影响不大。在3种不同摆动方式下,使用横“∞”摆动模式焊接5754铝合金,得到了气孔率最低、性能更好的焊接接头,接头抗拉强度可以达到母材的93.7%,断裂方式为混合型韧性断裂。Abstract: To investigate the application of 5754 aluminum alloy sheets in the automotive industry, laser welding process experiments were carried out for 1.4 mm aluminum alloy sheets with unremoved or removed oxide film using different swing modes. The surface and cross section morphology, porosity, microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were analyzed. The results show that the existence of oxide film on the surface of 5754 aluminum alloy has little effect on the weld morphology, porosity, microstructure and joint performance of the three swing modes. Under the three different swing modes, the 5754 aluminum alloy welded joint with the lowest porosity and better performance is obtained by using the transverse "∞" swing mode. The tensile strength of the joint can reach 93.7% of the base metal, and the fracture mode is mixed ductile fracture.
