激光熔覆裂纹产生机理及控制方法研究进展

    Research Progress of Crack Generation Mechanism and Control Method in Laser Cladding

    • 摘要: 激光熔覆是一种先进的提高表面性能的技术,已被广泛应用于航空、汽车、石油等行业。作为激光熔覆过程中最棘手的缺陷,裂纹严重降低了熔覆层质量,极大地限制了激光熔覆技术的产业化发展。本文概括了裂纹的种类、产生机理,例举了激光熔覆过程中应力的计算公式,并提出通过优化工艺参数、改善熔覆层材料、施加辅助场等措施对裂纹进行控制。最后分析了当前研究中存在的问题以及未来的研究与发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Laser cladding is an advanced technology to improve surface properties, which is widely used in aviation, automobile, petroleum and other industries.As the most troublesome defect in the process of laser cladding, the cracks seriously reduce the quality of the cladding layer and greatly limit the industrialization of laser cladding technology.The types and mechanism of cracks were summarized, and the calculation formula of the stress resulting in cracks was exemplified, and then the cracks were controlled from the aspects of process parameters, cladding materials and auxiliary fields.Finally, the existing problems in the current research and the future research and development direction were analyzed.
