Al添加对VCoNi高熵合金力学性能的影响

    Effect of Al Adding on Mechanical Properties of VCoNi High Entropy Alloy

    • 摘要: 通过对Al 合金化调控研究了VCoNi 合金的微观结构及力学性能。微观结构测试表明,随着Al 元素含量的增加,合金微观组织结构由单相转变为FCC+BCC 双相结构。力学性能测试表明,Al 添加提高了合金的强度,但塑性总体上有下降的趋势,其内在机制与Al 合金化诱发的动态应变时效和σ 相的动态析出密切相关。

       

      Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of VCoNi alloy were studied by Al alloying control.The microstructure test shows that with the increase of Al content, the microstructure of the alloy changes from single-phase to FCC+BCC dual-phase structure.Mechanical properties test shows that Al addition improves the strength of the alloy, but the plasticity generally shows a downward trend.The internal mechanism is closely related to dynamic strain aging induced by Al alloying and dynamic precipitation of σ phase.
