时效温度对Ti-22Al-25Nb合金棒材力学性能的影响

    Effect of Aging Temperature on Mechanical Properties of Ti-22Al-25Nb Alloy Bar

    • 摘要: 时效温度是影响Ti-22Al-25Nb合金力学性能的重要因素。采用单因素变量法研究了时效温度对Ti-22Al-25Nb合金棒材拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,在800~850℃温度范围内时效,800℃时效的Ti-22Al-25Nb合金棒材,强度高,塑性低,850℃时效的Ti-22Al-25Nb合金棒材的强度低,塑性高。820℃时效的棒材的强度和塑性获得最佳匹配,综合考虑合金棒材的强度与塑性,试验范围内的最佳时效温度为820℃。

       

      Abstract: Aging temperature is an important factor to affect the mechanical properties of Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy. The influence of aging temperature on the tensile properties of Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy bar was studied by single factor variable method. The results show that the Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy bar aged at 800 ℃has high strength and low plasticity, while the Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy bar aged at 850 ℃has low strength and high plasticity.The strength and plasticity of the bar aged at 820℃have the best match. Considering the combination of strength and plasticity, the optimal aging temperature within the test range is 820 ℃.
