Abstract:
Aging temperature is an important factor to affect the mechanical properties of Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy. The influence of aging temperature on the tensile properties of Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy bar was studied by single factor variable method. The results show that the Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy bar aged at 800 ℃has high strength and low plasticity, while the Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy bar aged at 850 ℃has low strength and high plasticity.The strength and plasticity of the bar aged at 820℃have the best match. Considering the combination of strength and plasticity, the optimal aging temperature within the test range is 820 ℃.
