全断面隧道掘进机滚刀刀圈探究

    Exploration of Disc Cutting Ring of Full Section Rock Tunnel Boring Machine

    • 摘要: 对国内外滚刀拆解后从刀圈上截取试样若干,从化学成分、力学性能和显微组织方面进行对比分析。试验结果表明,国外刀圈用钢与40CrNiMo 的化学成分相近,国内刀圈用钢与5Cr5MoSiV1 的化学成分相近。与国内刀圈比较,国外刀圈在保证较高硬度的前提下具有良好的冲击韧性,且有能体现优良综合性能的回火板条马氏体显微组织的存在。

       

      Abstract: A number of samples were taken from cutter rings after dismantling domestic and imported disc cutters, and the chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure were compared and analyzed.The test results show that the chmical composition of the imported cutter ring steel is similar to that of 40CrNiMo and that of the domestic cutter ring steel is similar to that of 5Cr5MoSiV1.Compared with the domestic cutter ring, the imported cutter ring has good hardness and impact toughness, and it has tempered lath martensite microstructure with excellent comprehensive properties.
