盐雾对Q235钢在大气环境下早期腐蚀的加速效应

    Accelerating Effect of Salt Spray on Early Corrosion of Q235 Steel in Atmospheric Environment

    • 摘要: 开展Q235钢在大气环境下为期180 d的自然暴露试验和喷洒5%浓度盐雾的加速暴露试验,通过对比分析腐蚀后的宏/微形貌变化、质量损失和各力学性能指标随锈蚀率的退化规律,研究盐雾对Q235钢在大气环境下早期腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,盐雾作用加速了钢材的锈层脱落、裂缝扩展的腐蚀进程;十数倍地提高了腐蚀深度和腐蚀速率,但加速效应随暴露时间不断减小;加剧了力学性能退化的时变效应,但降低了锈蚀率对各力学性能指标的削弱效应,其中对弹性模量的影响差异最大。

       

      Abstract: Natural exposure test and accelerated exposure test with 5% salt spray were carried on Q235 steel in atmospheric environment for 180 days. The macro/micro morphology changes, weight loss and degradation of different mechanical indices with corrosion ratio were analyzed and compared to investigate the effect of salt spray on early corrosion behavior of Q235 steel in atmospheric environment. The results show that salt spray accelerates the corrosion process of rust-layer shedding and crack extension of steel. The corrosion depth and corrosion rate are tenfold increased by salt spray compared with natural exposure test, but its accelerating effect decreases with exposure time increasing.Salt spray intensifies the time-varying effect of mechanical property degradation, but it reduces the weakening effect of corrosion ratio on mechanical properties, among which the influence on elastic modulus is the greatest.
