缆式焊丝电弧物理特性研究现状

    Research Status of Arc Physical Characteristics of Cable-type Welding Wire Welding

    • 摘要: 缆式焊丝具有焊丝成分可调、电弧连续旋转、电弧能量可控、沉积速率高、能耗少等特征,为我国船舶、海工、能源装备等领域的焊接开辟了新的技术途径。缆式焊丝独特的绞股结构,决定了其具有特殊的电弧物理特性。深入研究缆式焊丝的焊接电弧物理特性对优化焊接工艺、调控焊接接头质量及预测焊缝形貌具有重要作用。阐述了近年来国内外在缆式焊丝熔化极焊接电弧特性、熔滴过渡特性、电弧传热机理等方面的研究进展,详细分析了缆式焊丝电弧间特有的电弧旋转力对电弧物理特性的影响规律,并就缆式焊丝未来的研究及发展方向进行了思考与展望。

       

      Abstract: Cable-type welding wire(CWW) boasts a range of advantages, including adjustable welding wire composition,self-rotation of welding arc, controllable arc energy, high deposition efficiency and low energy consumption. It offers a new technological way for welding in shipbuilding, marine infrastructure and energy equipment. Due to the unique stranded structure, CWW shows special arc physical characteristics. It is great significant to understand the arc physical characteristics of CWW welding for optimizing the weld quality and predicting weld morphology. The research and progress of the arc characteristics, metal transfer and the transfer mechanism of arc heat in the process of the CWW welding were reviewed. The influence of the arc rotation force on the arc physical characteristics of the cable-type welding wire were emphatically discussed. Based on these, the future research and development strategies of cable-type welding wire were suggested.
