振镜激光对金属材料焊接接头组织及性能影响的研究进展

    Research Progress on Influence of Galvanometer Laser on Microstructure and Properties of Welded Joints of Metal Materials

    • 摘要: 激光焊接作为一种材料连接技术,在航空航天、精密机械、生物医疗等制造领域得到广泛的应用。采用传统线性激光技术,焊缝元素偏析严重,且接头力学性能不佳,而采用振镜激光焊接技术能够显著改善金属(特别是异种金属)焊接接头的组织和性能。本文较为全面地归纳总结了目前国内外学者关于振镜激光及其参数对金属材料焊接接头宏观形貌、显微组织及其力学性能影响规律方面的研究,可为后续的研究提供参考和借鉴。

       

      Abstract: As a material joining technology, laser welding is widely used in aerospace, precision machinery, biomedical and other manufacturing fields. When the traditional linear laser technology is used, the elements segregation of weld is serious and the mechanical properties of joints are poor. While galvanometer laser welding technology can significantly improve the microstructure and properties of metal (especially dissimilar metals) welded joints. The current research of the influence of galvanometer laser and its parameters on the macro-morphology, microstructure and mechanical properties of metal material welding joints are comprehensively summarized, which can provide references for subsequent research.
