Abstract:
As a material joining technology, laser welding is widely used in aerospace, precision machinery, biomedical and other manufacturing fields. When the traditional linear laser technology is used, the elements segregation of weld is serious and the mechanical properties of joints are poor. While galvanometer laser welding technology can significantly improve the microstructure and properties of metal (especially dissimilar metals) welded joints. The current research of the influence of galvanometer laser and its parameters on the macro-morphology, microstructure and mechanical properties of metal material welding joints are comprehensively summarized, which can provide references for subsequent research.
