Abstract:
Aiming at the requirement of compatible stealth of weapons and equipment in high temperature environment, six ceramic coatings including bonding layer, thermal barrier ceramic layer, matching layer and loss layer, were sprayed on GH3128 in turn. The micro-structure and phase of the coatings were analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS. The thermal insulation performance of the coatings at 1050 ℃ was tested by the self-built quartz lamp flat heating system. The infrared emitting ability at 900 ℃ were tested by infrared emitting ability testing system. The finite element software HFSS was used to simulate and analyze the absorbing performance of the periodic structure of the coatings. The results show that the layers are well bonded without obvious cracks. The overall thermal insulation effect of the coatings and the substrate is about 250 ℃. The infrared emissivity of the coatings is 0.446 at 3-5 μm at 900 ℃ and 0.583 at 8-14 μm. The side length, height and height of the three-dimensional periodic element have significant effects on the absorbing performance. The above conclusions can provide reference for the design and improvement of compatible stealth coatings for high temperature infrared radar.
