埋弧焊接油船用耐蚀钢的焊剂与热输入研究

    Research on Flux and Heat Input of Submerged Arc Welding of Corrosion Resistant Steel for Oil Tanker

    • 摘要: 针对我国缺少耐蚀钢用焊剂铜衬垫(flux copper backing,FCB)大线能量埋弧焊材的现状,开发了多种新型焊剂。通过对采用不同焊剂制备的熔敷金属的力学性能试验对比,确定高碱度型焊剂更适合耐蚀钢的FCB埋弧焊接,该焊剂主要由CaO、MgO、Al2O3、SiO2、CaF2等组成。采用该焊剂在不同热输入量下进行焊接试验。通过对接头试样拉伸、低温冲击、弯曲、硬度以及耐腐蚀性等性能检测与评定,确定了采用100 kJ/cm的热输入制备的耐蚀钢焊接接头性能更为优良。采用碱性焊剂和该焊接工艺下制备的接头性能均优于油船用耐蚀钢焊接的相关技术指标。

       

      Abstract: For the lack of submerged-arc-welding material for corrosion-resistant steel in FCB high line heat energy welding, a variety of new fluxes were developed. Through the comparison of the mechanical properties of the deposited metals by using different fluxes, it is determined that the high alkalinity flux is more suitable for FCB submerged arc welding of corrosion-resistant steel. This flux is mainly composed of CaO, MgO, Al2O3, SiO2 and CaF2. The welding tests were carried out by using this flux and different heat input. Through the testing and evaluation of tensile, cryogenic impact, bending properties, hardness and corrosion resistance of the welded joints, it is proved that the performance of the corrosion- resistant steel joint with a heat input of 100 kJ/cm is better. All the performance of the joint fabricated by the alkaline flux and the welding process are better than the technical specifications of the welding of corrosion-resistant steel for oil tankers.
