多频率冲击条件下新型重载铁路辙叉贝氏体钢试验研究

    Experimental Research on New Type Bainitic Steel for Heavy-load Railway Frog under Multi-frequency Impact

    • 摘要: 针对重载铁路辙叉恶劣的服役情况,对自行研发的新型重载铁路辙叉贝氏体钢进行多频率冲击试验,观察分析其微观组织及硬度变化规律。结果表明,经多频率冲击后,新型重载铁路辙叉贝氏体钢的组织内部晶粒发生碎化变形,晶界变得模糊,钢中残余奥氏体含量减少,其冲击表面发生塑性变形,产生加工硬化现象。在较高冲击功作用下,其冲击表层组织进一步纤维化,产生的加工硬化效果也更加明显。

       

      Abstract: In view of severe service conditions of heavy-load railway frog,a new self-developed bainitic steel for heavy-load railway frog was subjected to multi-frequency impact tests to observe and analyze its microstructure and hardness change pattern.The results show that,the grains of new bainitic steel for heavy-load railway frog after multi-frequency impact are fragmented and deformed,the grain boundaries become blurred,the content of residual austenite is reduced,the plastic deformation and work-hardening phenomenon occur on its impact surface. The microstructure of its impact surface is further fibrillated and the work-hardening effect is also more obvious.
