Abstract:
Enhancing the strength of automotive steels is an effective way to achieve lightweight design of vehicles.However, as the strength of hot-formed steels enhances, their hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility increases accordingly.Hydrogen fracture has become an important problem that hinders the development and application of ultra-high strength hot-formed steels. The latest research progress in four aspects: influencing factors, research methods, mechanisms and protection methods of hydrogen embrittlement of hot-formed steels were reviewed, providing references for researchers in related fields.
