基于线结构光的薄壁件激光焊接翘曲变形实时检测

摘要: 针对薄壁件激光焊接翘曲变形的实时检测问题,研究了利用线激光轮廓仪实时检测构件变形量的方法。通过线激光轮廓仪实时采集激光焊接薄板构件的点云数据,对点云数据进行倾斜修正、裁剪等操作,拟合薄板件轮廓曲线。基于上述方法,建立了焊接过程中薄板的三维云图,依据三维云图可以得到薄板任意时刻的轮廓曲线,最终得到薄板的纵向翘曲变形和横向翘曲变形。结果表明,采用该方法可实时检测出焊接薄板各处的翘曲角度,并且能够检测出薄板上细微的变形状态。Abstract: For the real-time detection of laser welding warping deformation of thin-walled parts, the method of real-time detection of component deformation using a line laser profiler was studied. The point cloud data of the laser welded thin plate component was collected in real-time by the line laser contonomer, tilt correction and cropping of the point cloud data were carried out, and finally the profile curve of the thin plate was fitted. Based on the above method, the three-dimensional cloud map of the plate during welding process was established, the contour curve of the plate at any time can be obtained based on the three-dimensional cloud map, and finally the longitudinal warping deformation and transverse warping deformation of the thin plate were obtained. The results show that the method can detect the warping angle of the welded plate in real-time and the subtle deformation state of the plate.
