1800 MPa热成形钢的轻量化应用研究

    Research on Lightweight Applications of 1800 MPa Hot-formed Steel

    • 摘要: 针对吉利某车型设计了不同的热成形车门防撞梁,以期实现1800 MPa热成形钢的轻量化方案。在1500MPa门防撞梁量产线上,以相同的热成形工艺参数完成零件试制,通过静态与动态三点弯曲的仿真模拟与实际试验,比较了不同方案车门防撞梁的弯曲性能。通过整车侧碰仿真分析,评估了1800 MPa热成形车门防撞梁轻量化设计方案的安全性。结果表明:在减薄后零件性能与基础方案基本一致的情况下,1800 MPa热成形钢用于车门防撞梁可减重14.3%,可满足车身轻量化要求。

       

      Abstract: Different hot-formed door impact beams were designed based on a Geely door impact beam, to complete the lightweight scheme of 1800 MPa hot-formed door impact beam. On the production mold of 1500 MPa door impact beam,different schemes of door impact beam were manufactured with the same thermal forming process parameters, and the bending performance of parts was obtained by simulation and actual test of static and dynamic three-point bending test. The feasibility of the lightweight scheme was further verified by the simulation analysis of the side impact of the vehicle. The results show that the thinned scheme with 1800 MPa hot-formed steel can achieve 14.3% lightweight, and it is concluded that the performance of the thinned scheme is equivalent to that of the basic scheme, which can meet the lightweight requirements of the vehicle.
