不锈钢石化管道氩弧焊机器人自适应智能焊接技术研究

    Research on Adaptive Intelligent Welding Technology of Argon Arc Welding Robot for Stainless Steel Petrochemical Pipeline

    • 摘要: 开发了一种不锈钢石化管道变间隙、错边焊口的自适应智能氩弧焊机器人焊接方法。该方法以低负载氩弧焊工业机器人为载体,采用人工示教的方式建立了焊接工艺知识数据库;利用激光视觉焊缝跟踪系统及自主研发基于模型驱动的离线编程焊接系统,搭建了氩弧焊机器人自适应智能焊接单元。通过焊接工艺试验分析了焊枪姿态、激光扫描对焊缝质量的影响。与常规恒定参数焊接方法相比,不锈钢石化管道氩弧焊机器人自适应智能焊接技术更可靠、更先进,值得在行业内推广应用。

       

      Abstract: An adaptive intelligent argon arc welding robot welding method of stainless steel petrochemical pipeline with variable gap and staggered edge was developed. The method used a low-load argon arc welding industrial robot as the carrier and established a welding process knowledge database by manual teaching. Using laser vision welding seam tracking system and independently developed model-driven off-line programming welding system, an adaptive intelligent welding unit of argon arc welding robot was built. The influence of welding gun attitude and laser scanning on the weld quality was analyzed through welding process tests. Compared with the conventional constant parameter welding, the adaptive intelligent welding technology of stainless steel petrochemical pipeline argon arc welding robot is more reliable and advanced, and it is worth promoting and applying in the industry.
