表面活性剂对磷酸盐粘结剂及热芯盒砂性能的影响

    Effect of Surfactant on Properties of Phosphate Binder and Hot-box Sand

    • 摘要: 探究了SDS、CTAC、APG这3种不同类型的表面活性剂对磷酸盐粘结剂的表面张力、接触角,型砂的流动性和充型能力,以及热芯盒型砂的抗弯强度和抗拉强度的影响,借助透射电镜对其机理进行分析。结果表明,表面活性剂在不同程度上降低了粘结剂的表面张力和接触角,提高了型砂的流动性和充型能力;当SDS质量分数为0.2wt%时,充型能力提升了31.86%,抗弯强度下降幅度仅2.2%,抗拉强度下降6.4%。

       

      Abstract: The effects of three different types of surfactants, SDS, CTAC and APG, on the surface tension and contact angle of phosphate binder, the fluidity and filling ability of molding sand, and the flexural strength and tensile strength of hot-box molding sand were investigated. The mechanism was analyzed by TEM. The results show that the surfactant reduces the surface tension and contact angle of the binder in different degree, and improves the fluidity and filling ability of the molding sand; when the mass fraction of SDS is 0.2wt%, the filling ability increases by 31.86%, the bending strength decreases by only 2.2%, and the tensile strength decreases.
