稀土Ce对DH36船板钢力学性能的影响

    Effect of Rare Earth Ce on Mechanical Properties of DH36 Ship Plate Steel

    • 摘要: 采用ZG-01型真空感应炉冶炼了不同Ce含量的DH36船板钢,对该试验钢显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,当Ce含量为0.0092%时,试验钢具有良好的力学性能。与未添加Ce的试验钢相比,Ce含量为0.0092%的试验钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度、断后伸长率、冲击功、硬度均增大。稀土Ce加入后,珠光体和铁素体的晶粒尺寸减小,珠光体变得更加弥散;试验钢中的MnS、Al2O3、MnS+Al2O3复合夹杂被改性为Ce-Al-O-Mn系复合夹杂、CeAlO3+MnS系复合夹杂、CeO2夹杂,钢中Al2O3等夹杂物尺寸明显降低。

       

      Abstract: DH36 ship plate steel with different Ce contents was smelted using ZG-01 vacuum induction furnace, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steels were analyzed. The results show that when the Ce content is 0.0092%, the test steel has good mechanical properties. Compared with those of the test steel without Ce, the tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, impact energy and hardness of the test steel with 0.0092%Ce all increase. With the addition of rare earth Ce, the grain size of pearlite and ferrite decreases, and the pearlite becomes more dispersive. The MnS, Al2O3 and MnS+Al2O3 composite inclusions in the test steel are modified to Ce-Al-O-Mn system composite inclusions, Ce-Al-O-Mn-S system composite inclusions and CeO2 inclusions. The size of Al2O3 and other related inclusions in the steel is significantly reduced.
