Abstract:
Carbon capture, utilization and storage(CCUS) technology is an important measure for the country to achieve the dual carbon goal. However, CCUS technology faces serious corrosion problems in the implementation process, and in order to propose specific protective messures, it is urgent to carry out research on the corrosion behavior of materials under CCUS conditions. In order to study the corrosion behavior, the influences of temperature, CO
2 pressure, flow rate and other factors on N80 material were studied by weight loss method, and the surface of the sample was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that, in the CCUS environment, there are many cracks and local corrosion on the surface of the test piece, and the CO
2 pressure and flow rate have great influence on the corrosion of N80. As the CO
2 pressure increases and becomes supercritical state, the corrosion rate gradually increases, and the corrosion is dominated by CO
2.
