旋转电弧传感的弯曲角焊缝自动焊接系统设计

    Design of Automatic Welding System for Bent Angle Welds Using Rotating Arc Sensor

    • 摘要: 提出了一种基于旋转电弧传感的空间弯曲角焊缝自动焊接系统,用于解决焊接机械手焊接效率低、非接触传感焊接实时性差、小电流焊缝跟踪精度不足的问题。设计了一款旋转电弧传感的焊炬,通过让电弧高速旋转引起焊接电流规律变化判断出焊炬位置,从而实现焊缝的追踪。该系统具有X、Y、Z三个自由度,焊接效率可以得到极大的提高。实验结果表明,该系统可以实现对不同形状的弯曲角焊缝的自动焊接。该研究不仅提高了焊接效率,也为机器人自动焊接技术的发展提供了新的思路和方法。

       

      Abstract: An automatic welding system for bent angle welds was proposed based on rotating arc sensors to solve the issues of low welding efficiency of welding robots, poor real-time performance of non-contact sensing welding and insufficient tracking accuracy of low-current welding. A rotating arc sensor welding torch is designed, which induces changes in the welding current caused by the high-speed rotation of the arc to determine the position of the welding torch and achieves seam tracking. The system has three degrees of freedom in X, Y, and Z, and significantly improves the welding efficiency. The experimental results demonstrate that the system can achieve automatic welding of bent angle welds with indefinite shapes.The research not only enhances the welding efficiency, but also provides novel ideas and approaches for the development of robotic automatic welding technology.
