低碳含Cu海洋工程用钢的研究及发展

    Research and Development of Low-carbon Cu-bearing Marine Engineering Steel

    • 摘要: 在钢中加入Cu元素可以显著提高钢的强度、耐蚀性能和抗疲劳裂纹扩展能力,并保持其优良的低温韧性和焊接性能。我国对低碳含Cu海洋工程用钢的研发比较滞后,需从其成分设计入手,研究Cu与其他元素相互作用对钢综合力学性能的影响。对目前低碳含Cu海洋工程用钢的有关研究进行了归纳和分析。概述了低碳含铜海洋工程用钢的发展历程,介绍了Cu析出相的晶体结构演变,Cu对钢力学性能、焊接性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响以及富Cu团簇析出的成分演变,最后指出了未来低碳含Cu海洋工程用钢的研究方向。

       

      Abstract: The addition of Cu in steel can significantly improve the strength, corrosion resistance and fatigue crack growth resistance of the steel, while it has excellent low-temperature toughness and welding performance. At present, the research and development of low-carbon Cu-bearing marine engineering steel in China is lagging behind. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of the interaction between Cu and other elements on the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel from its composition design. The relevant studies of low-carbon Cu-bearing marine engineering steel were summarized and analyzed. The development process of low-carbon Cu-bearing marine engineering steel was reviewed, the evolution of crystal structure of Cu precipitates, the effects of Cu on the mechanical properties, welding performance and corrosion resistance of the steel and the composition evolution of Cu-rich clusters were introduced. Finally, the future research direction of low-carbon Cu-bearing marine engineering steel was pointed out.
