累积叠轧及时效热处理对6061铝合金腐蚀性能的影响

    Effect of Accumulative Rolling Bonding and Aging Treatment on Corrosion Performance of 6061 Aluminum Alloy

    • 摘要: 以6061铝合金作为研究对象,研究交叉累积叠轧及随后的时效热处理对6061铝合金板材腐蚀性能的影响。利用透射电子显微镜、金相显微镜,揭示了6061铝合金在轧制及热处理过程中腐蚀性能及微观组织演变规律。结果表明,交叉累积叠轧工艺降低了晶间腐蚀性能,在时效处理后晶界处的析出相使得晶间腐蚀进一步加重,但时效温度的提高可以降低晶间腐蚀倾向。在交叉累积叠轧后细长的晶粒和时效处理后沿晶界分布的连续析出相,加剧了剥落腐蚀的进程。

       

      Abstract: Taking 6061 aluminum alloy as research object, the influence of cross accumulative rolling bonding(CARB)and subsequent aging heat treatment on the corrosion properties of 6061 aluminum alloy sheet was studied. The corrosion properties and microstructure evolution of 6061 aluminum alloy during rolling and heat treatment were revealed by transmission electron microscope and metallography microscope. The results show that the CARB process reduces the intercrystalline corrosion performance, intergranular corrosion is further aggravated by the precipitated phase at the grain boundary after aging treatment, but the tendency of intergranular corrosion decreases with the increase of aging temperature.The process of spalling corrosion is aggravated by the elongated grains after cross accumulative rolling and the continuous precipitates distribute along the grain boundaries after aging treatment.
