焊缝不连续及未熔合对500 kV变压器油箱焊接接头疲劳寿命的影响

    Effect of Weld Discontinuity and Unfusion on Fatigue Life of Welded Joint in 500 kV Transformer Tank

    • 摘要: 针对变压器油箱焊接接头潜伏性渗漏油问题,建立油箱箱体和T形接头有限元模型;基于变压器油箱振动载荷谱,采用nCode Designlife软件对油箱焊接接头进行疲劳寿命分析,分别研究无缺陷焊缝、含焊缝不连续和内部未熔合缺陷接头的疲劳寿命。结果表明:无缺陷T形接头疲劳寿命为102年;对于焊缝不连续缺陷,不连续的间距越大,接头疲劳寿命越短,当间距达到1.00 mm时,疲劳寿命达到规定使用年限的临界值30年。未熔合缺陷的位置对疲劳寿命的影响规律是,缺陷越靠近焊趾,接头疲劳寿命越短;对于焊趾处的未熔合缺陷,长度越大,疲劳寿命越短,当长度达到5 mm时,疲劳寿命达到临界值。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the delayed leakage problem in welded joints of transformer oil tanks, the finite element models of the oil tank body and T-joint were established. Based on the vibration load spectrum of transformer oil tanks, fatigue life analysis of the welded joints was conducted using nCode DesignLife software. The effects of defect-free welds, discontinuous welds, and internal unfusion on the fatigue life of the joints were studied. The results show that the fatigue life of defect-free T-joints is 102 years. For discontinuous weld defects, the greater the discontinuity distance, the shorter the fatigue life of the joint. When the distance reaches 1.00 mm, the fatigue life reaches the critical value of the specified service life of 30 years.The effect of the unfusion defect locations on fatigue life is that the closer the defect is to the toe, the shorter the fatigue life of the joint. For unfusion defects at the toe of the weld, the longer the length, the shorter the fatigue life. When the length reaches5 mm, the fatigue life reaches the critical value.
