铜/铝双金属复合材料制备和性能优化研究进展

    Progress in Preparation and Performance Optimization of Copper/Aluminum Bimetallic Composite

    • 摘要: 铜/铝双金属复合材料结合铜的高导电、导热性能及铝的轻质等优点,具有较高的性价比,被广泛应用于新能源、移动通讯、海底电缆和汽车等各领域。在铜/铝双金属复合过程中,关键难题在于铜/铝界面的调控。归纳了铜/铝双金属复合材料的固-固复合、固-液复合和液-液复合等制备工艺,界面处理工艺以及性能优化的研究,给出了铜/铝双金属复合材料的研究方向和热点。

       

      Abstract: Copper/aluminum bimetal composite combines the advantages of copper in high electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity and lightweight of aluminum, and it has high cost performance, which is widely used in new energy,mobile communication, submarine cables and automobiles and other fields. In the process of copper/aluminum bimetal composite, the key problem lies in the regulation of copper/aluminum interface. The preparation process such as solid-solid,solid-liquid and liquid-liquid composite processes, interface processing process and performance optimization of copper/aluminum bimetal composite materials were summarized, and the research directions and hotspots of copper/aluminum bimetal composites were given.
