金属塑性成形粘塑性数值流形法的研究

    Research on Viscoplastic Numerical Manifold Method for Metal Plastic Forming

    • 摘要: 数值流形方法(NMM)是近代提出的一种新型数值计算方法,将包含有限覆盖系统的数值流形方法应用于粘塑性金属塑性成形过程模拟中,使用四节点矩形网格作为数学覆盖网格,分别取常量覆盖位移函数和完全一阶近似覆盖位移函数,采用罚函数法引入体积不变条件。推导出粘塑性数值流形方法基本求解公式,并分析了初始速度场的求解和摩擦边界条件的施加。最后使用MATLAB软件进行编程,并利用具体数值算例进行模拟,结果体现了数值流形法在金属塑性加工领域有着良好的应用前景。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, the numerical manifold method(NMM) is a new type of numerical calculation method. The numerical manifold method includes a finite covering system that has been applied to the simulation of the plastic forming process of viscoplastic metal, using a four-node rectangular mesh as the mathematical covering mesh, taking the constant covering displacement function and the complete first-order approximation of the covering displacement function, and adopting the penalty function method for the introduction of volume invariant condition. Combined with the above, the basic solution formula of the numerical manifold method for viscoplasticity was derived and the solution of the initial velocity field and the imposition of friction boundary conditions was analyzed. Finally, MATLAB software was used for programming and simulation with specific numerical examples, and the results reflect that the numerical manifold method has good application prospects in the field of metal plasticity processing.
