海洋环境对超低碳贝氏体钢腐蚀行为的影响

    Research on Effect of Marine Environment on Corrosion Behavior of Ultra-low Carbon Bainitic Steel

    • 摘要: 基于试验研究了超低碳贝氏体桥梁用钢海洋环境下的腐蚀特征。通过力学性能测试、盐雾腐蚀试验、锈层形貌和腐蚀产物物相分析来探究海洋桥梁钢的力学性能和腐蚀行为。结果表明,超低碳贝氏体桥梁用钢经TMCP+回火后可以形成由多边形铁素体块(QPF)和粒状贝氏体(GB)的双相组织,在强韧性匹配的同时,Cu元素的富集阻碍Cl-的进入,降低腐蚀速率,促进致密性锈层的形成。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion characteristics of ultra-low carbon bainitic steel for bridges in the marine environment were investigated based on experiment. The mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of marine bridge steels were investigated through mechanical property tests, salt spray corrosion experiments, rust layer morphology and physical phase analysis of corrosion products. The results show that the ultra-low carbon bainitic steel for bridges can form a dual-phase structure consisting of polygonal ferrite block(QPF) and granular bainite(GB) after TMCP+tempering, which can match the strength and toughness, while the enrichment of Cu elements hinders the entry of Cl-, reduces the corrosion rate and promotes the formation of dense rust layer.
