Abstract:
The study utilizes the Incopat database to focus on screening and analyzing patents that belong to strategic emerging industries, have overseas parentage patents and maintain high value patents for over a decade. Through patent metric methods, the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the key technologies and hotspots in the preparation and application of high-temperature alloys was conducted from aspects such as technological development trends, innovation entity rankings and the distribution of strategic emerging industries. Relevant representative patents were selected from three perspectives:deformed high-temperature alloys, cast high-temperature alloys and powder metallurgy high-temperature alloys. This specificizes the actual application of high value patents in the manufacturing process of the industry and reveals the current status of domestic and international technology development. The research finds that the patent application activity of high-temperature alloy materials shows an upward trend and it is closely related to the cooperation and division of labor between industries and scientific research institutions. However, there are differences in the direction of technology research and development between China and foreign countries, and the enterprises in China still need to increase their investment in technology research and development to explore new processes and technologies and promote significant innovative achievements, and strengthen the patent layout of related technologies while enhancing core technology capabilities.
