表层组织均匀化对ZQSn10-2锡青铜海水浸泡腐蚀行为的影响
Effect of Surface Microstructure Homogenization on Corrosion Behavior of ZQSn10-2 Tin Bronze Alloy Immersed in Seawater

摘要: 针对ZQSn10-2锡青铜表层组织中δ析出相区域的加速腐蚀现象,采用表面抛丸+退火处理来改善材料表层均匀性,研究了表层组织均匀化对锡青铜腐蚀行为的影响。采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了锡青铜海水浸泡腐蚀前后表面及横截面的组织形貌、物相结构。结果表明,铸态锡青铜组织由α基体(Cu)+δ相(Cu81Sn22)组成,经喷丸和退火均匀化处理后表层δ相几乎完全消除。海水浸泡下,铸态材料腐蚀不均匀,δ相区域优先发生腐蚀,腐蚀界面呈锯齿状;均匀化处理后试样腐蚀均匀,腐蚀界面呈水平状。材料表层组织均匀化有利于抑制局部腐蚀。Abstract: For accelerated corrosion of δ precipitated phase area in ZQSn10-2 tin bronze surface microstructure, the surface uniformity of the material was improved through surface shot peening and annealing treatment. The effect of surface microstructure homogenization on the corrosion behaviour of the tin bronze was investigated. The microstructure and phase structure of the surface and cross-section of the tin bronze before and after seawater immersion corrosion were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the microstructure of the cast tin bronze is composed of α matrix and δ phase, after homogenization treatment of shot peening and annealing, δ phase on the surface is almost eliminated. Under seawater immersion, the corrosion of the cast tin bronze is uneven, and the δ phase is preferentially corroded, with a serrated corrosion interface. The corrosion of the sample after homogenization treatment is uniform with a horizontal corrosion interface. The homogenization of material surface microstructure is beneficial for suppressing local corrosion.
