难熔金属及其合金特种熔炼研究进展

    Research Progress of Refractory Metals and Their Alloys

    • 摘要: 难熔金属及其合金因高温强度大、加工塑性好和耐腐蚀性强的优点,被广泛应用于航空航天、能源化工和国防军工等战略性支柱产业。伴随着高端装备制造业的飞速发展,以难熔金属及其合金为代表的高温结构材料也扮演着更加重要的角色。但是难熔金属储量有限和成分复杂的问题限制了其大规模工程化应用。因此,通过特种熔炼技术对难熔金属及其合金进行精炼提纯和回收利用,对拓展难熔金属材料的应用具有积极作用。首先概述了难熔金属的主要性能和加工工艺现状,然后介绍了真空电弧熔炼、电子束熔炼、真空感应熔炼和等离子熔炼制备高纯难熔金属及其合金的研究进展,最后对难熔金属及其合金特种熔炼的后续发展方向进行展望。

       

      Abstract: Refractory metals and their alloys were widely applied in aerospace, energy and chemical, national defense and other strategic pillar industry due to their excellent high-temperature strength, good processing plasticity and corrosion resistance. With the rapid development of advanced equipment manufacturing industry, high temperature structural materials represented by refractory metals and their alloys also play an increasingly important role. However, the rare reserves and complex chemical compositions of refractory metals limit their large scale engineering application. Therefore, purifying and recycling refractory metals by melting technology has a positive effect on expanding the application of refractory metal materials. The main properties and processing technologies of the refractory metals were introduced firstly, then the research status of high purity refractory metals and their alloys prepared by melting technology were described, including vacuum arc melting, electron beam melting, vacuum induction melting and plasma melting. Finally, the future development directions about refractory metals and their alloys were prospected.
