稀贵金属材料基因工程研究进展

    Research Progress in Genome Engineering of Rare and Precious Metal Materials

    • 摘要: 材料基因工程是一种通过大数据技术、机器学习、数据挖掘等现代信息技术手段,快速处理分析及挖掘应用材料计算、高效实验与表征、生产工艺、服役与失效评价等全部或部分材料数据,从而达到提高新材料研发或改良效率、降低材料研发或改良成本目的的一种新研发模式。近年来,美国等发达国家加快布局材料基因工程计划,并开展了大量的研究工作,推动了材料基因组理念、技术的发展。本文综述了国内外材料基因工程,云南稀贵金属材料基因工程总体建设布局、创新平台建设及配套关键技术研发、新材料研发及工程化应用示范等方面的研究进展,并结合稀贵金属新材料产业创新发展要求,提出了稀贵金属材料基因工程未来重点工作思考。

       

      Abstract: Material genome engineering is a new material research and development model that uses modern information technologies such as big data technology, machine learning and data mining to quickly process, analyze and apply material data which includes material calculations data, efficient experiments and characterization data, production processes data,service and failure evaluations data and so on, so that improve the efficiency of new material research or improvement, and reduce the cost of material research or improvement. In recent years, the United States and other developed countries have accelerated the deployment of material genome projects and carried out a lot of research work, which has promoted the development of material genome concepts and technologies. The research progress of material genome engineering in China and foreign countries, the overall planning layout of genome engineering of rare and precious metal materials of Yunnan Province, the progress of the research platform construction, the key technology research, the new material research and the engineering application of genome engineering of rare precious metal materials were summarized. Combined with the innovation and development requirements of new rare and precious metal materials industry, the future research focus suggestions of genome engineering of rare and precious metal materials were put forward.
