高温钛合金研究进展

摘要: 高温钛合金作为航空发动机的重要材料,主要用于制造航空发动机的压气机盘、风扇、叶片、机匣和连接环等部件,是钛合金研究领域的热点,其热稳定性、蠕变性能、抗氧化性是评价合金高温性能的有效指标。目前,对高温钛合金进行了大量研究,但这些研究相对比较零散,系统性有所欠缺,较为全面的归纳和梳理较少。总结了近年来关于高温钛合金的研究进展,阐述了α+β型和近α型高温钛合金的热稳定性、蠕变性能、抗氧化性等研究现状,梳理并提出了提升高温钛合金性能的基本方法,以期为制备出性能更加优良的高温钛合金提供技术参考。Abstract: As an important material for aero engines, high-temperature titanium alloys are mainly used to manufacture compressor discs, fans, blades, casings and connecting rings and other components of aero engines, which is a hot spot in the research field of titanium alloys. The thermal stability, creep performance and oxidation resistance are effective indicators to evaluate the high-temperature properties of alloys. At present, a large number of studies have been carried out for high-temperature titanium alloys, but these studies are relatively scattered, systematic, and less comprehensive. The research progress of high-temperature titanium alloys in recent years was systematically summarized, and the research status of thermal stability, creep properties and oxidation resistance of α+β and near-α super-titanium alloys was expounded. The basic methods for improving the performance of high-temperature titanium alloys were sorted out and proposed to provide a technical reference for the preparation of super-temperature titanium alloys with better performance.
