    Research Progress in Electroplastic Assisted Machining of Metallic Materials

    • 摘要: 电塑性辅助加工(EAM)是一种利用电塑性效应提高金属材料加工性能的技术方法。EAM能够解决材料的成形效果差、质量不佳和效率低等问题,具有重要的研究价值。概述了电塑性效应的基本原理,介绍了焦耳热效应、磁致伸缩效应、集肤效应、纯电塑性效应等的作用机制。综述了EAM技术在金属材料的塑性加工、切削加工、焊接和增材制造中的研究进展。最后,对电塑性效应在金属材料加工中的应用前景进行了展望,分析了EAM技术未来的研究方向。

       

      Abstract: Electroplastic assisted machining(EAM) is a technique to improve the machining properties of metallic materials by the electroplastic effect. It can solve the problems of poor forming effect, poor quality and low efficiency of materials, therefore, it has important research value. The basic principle of the electroplastic effect was summarized, and the mechanism of Joule thermal effect, magnetostriction effect, skin effect and pure electroplastic effect were introduced. The research progress of electroplastic assisted machining technology in plastic machining, cutting machining, welding and additive manufacturing of metallic materials was reviewed. Finally, the application prospect of electroplastic effect in metal material processing was prospected, and the further research direction of electroplastic assisted machining technology was analyzed.
