不同硅含量和随流孕育剂对高硅固溶球墨铸铁组织与性能的影响

    Effects of Different Silicon Content and Flow Inoculants on Microstructure and Properties of High Silica Solution Ductile Iron

    • 摘要: 制备了不同Si含量和不同种类随流孕育剂的高硅铁素体球墨铸铁,采用光学显微镜(OM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其显微组织进行分析,并对力学性能进行测试。结果表明:硅含量和孕育剂的类型对高硅固溶球墨铸铁的组织和性能都有着重要影响。高硅固溶球墨铸铁的Si含量在4.0wt%~4.8wt%时,试样基体均为全铁素体组织;随着硅含量增加,试样抗拉强度增大,石墨球形态明显恶化,断后伸长率先增加后减小。在高Si含量时,采用含Bi随流孕育剂,石墨球尺寸较小,但其圆整度较差,试样断后伸长率较低。采用含Sb随流孕育剂,石墨球细小、分布均匀,且圆整度较高,试样具有良好的综合力学性能,满足QT600-10球墨铸铁性能要求。

       

      Abstract: High silicon ferrite ductile iron specimens with various Si contents and different types of flow inoculants were prepared. The microstructure was analyzed using optical microscopy(OM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and the mechanical properties were tested. The results show that, the silicon content and the type of inoculant have an important impact on the microstructure and properties of high-silicon solution ductile iron. When the Si content of high silicon solid solution ductile iron increases from 4.0wt% to 4.8wt%, the matrix of the specimens are full ferrite phase. As the Si content increases, the morphology of graphite deteriorates, the tensile strength of the sample increases, while the elongation first increases and then decreases. For the sample using Bi containing flow inoculant, the graphite has small size. However, the roundness of the graphite is poor, and the ductility of the sample is low. While using the flow inoculant contain Sb, the size of graphite is small. In particular, the distribution of graphite is significantly uniform, and it owns high degree roundness. As a result, the sample shows good comprehensive mechanical properties and meets the performance requirements of QT600-10.
