稀土Ce对桥梁钢显微组织及性能的影响

    Effects of Rare Earth Ce on Microstructure and Properties of Bridge Steel

    • 摘要: 设计了3组不同稀土Ce含量的试验钢,研究稀土的添加对桥梁钢显微组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,当稀土Ce含量为0.0025wt%时,铁素体组织和珠光体组织的分布更加弥散且均匀。稀土Ce含量为0.0025wt%时,试验钢具有良好的力学性能。与未加稀土的试验钢相比,其屈服强度提高了14.42%、抗拉强度提高了7.21%、断后伸长率提高7.34%、硬度提升了18.00%,冲击性能最好。稀土质量分数为0.0025wt%的试验钢抗腐蚀性能最好,腐蚀速率最小,稀土的添加使腐蚀产物中α-FeOOH逐渐增多,γ-FeOOH逐渐减少。

       

      Abstract: Three groups of test steels with different rare earth Ce contents were designed to study the effect of rare earth addition on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of bridge steel. The results show that when the rare earth Ce content is 0.0025 wt%, the distribution of ferrite microstructure and pearlite microstructure is more diffuse and uniform. The test steel has good mechanical properties when the rare earth Ce content is 0.0025 wt%. The yield strength is increased by 14.42%, tensile strength by 7.21%, elongation at break by 7.34%, and hardness by 18.00% and the i MPact performance is the best coMPared with the test steel without added rare earths. The test steel with a rare earth mass fraction of 0.0025 wt% has the best corrosion resistance and the smallest corrosion rate, and the addition of rare earths result in a gradual increase of α-FeOOH and a constant decrease of γ-FeOOH in the corrosion products.
