循环载荷下A514F高强钢焊接接头温度演变与疲劳极限评定

    Temperature Change and Fatigue Limit Evaluation of Welded Joints of A514F High Strength Steel under Cyclic Load

    • 摘要: 基于循环载荷下试样表面温度的变化规律,研究了A514F高强钢焊接接头在静载与循环载荷下的变形及断裂过程,利用循环弹/塑性变形转变时试样温升拐点对其疲劳极限进行了评定。结果表明:在较高循环应力下,A514F钢焊接接头出现稳定的棘轮效应。根据循环载荷下温度稳定值的拐点确定出A514F高强钢焊接接头的疲劳极限为395 MPa,而根据S-N曲线测定的疲劳极限为390 MPa,二者相差1.28%,可实现焊接接头疲劳极限的快速评定。

       

      Abstract: Based on the variation of sample surface temperature under cyclic load, the deformation and fracture process of welded joints of A514F high strength steel under static load and cyclic load were studied. The fatigue limit of welded joint was evaluated by the temperature inflection point during cyclic elastic/plastic deformation. The results show that the welded joint of A514F steel has a stable ratchet effect under high cyclic stress. According to the inflection point of the temperature stability value under cyclic load, the fatigue limit of the welded joint of A514F high strength steel is determined to be 395 MPa, and the fatigue limit measured by S-N curve is 390 MPa, the difference between the two is 1.28%, and the fatigue limit of the welded joint can be quickly evaluated.
