热处理工艺对变质后A356合金力学性能的影响研究

    Study on Effect of Heat Treatment Process on Mechanical Properties of A356 Alloy after Modification

    • 摘要: 为了研究热处理工艺对La-Ce混合稀土变质后A356合金力学性能的影响,通过对La-Ce混合稀土变质后的该合金进行不同温度和保温时间的一次和二次热处理,运用SEM、拉伸实验、硬度测试实验等测试方法,探讨了不同热处理工艺对La-Ce混合稀土变质后的A356合金力学性能变化规律,分析得到最佳热处理工艺。结果表明,加入La-Ce混合稀土后的A356合金经过540℃×5 h固溶+160℃×6 h时效处理+180℃×8 h二次时效处理后,A356合金的力学性能显著提高。且加入0.45wt%La-Ce混合稀土的A356合金经上述热处理后,该合金的硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度达到峰值,分别为123.7 HV、328 MPa、280 MPa。

       

      Abstract: The effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of A356 alloy modified with La-Ce rare earth was studied, the A356 alloy modified by La-Ce mixed rare earth was subjected to primary and secondary heat treatment at different temperatures and holding time. By SEM, tensile test, hardness test and other testing method, the mechanical properties of A356 alloy modified by La-Ce rare earth were characterized by different heat treatment processes, the optimum heat treatment process was obtained. The results show that the mechanical properties of A356 alloy after adding La-Ce mixed rare earth have been significantly improved after 540 ℃ ×5 h solid solution treatment +160 ℃ ×6 h aging treatment +180 ℃ × 8 h secondary aging treatment. The hardness, tensile strength and yield strength of A356 alloy with 0.45 wt% La-Ce mixed rare earth are 123.7 HV, 328 MPa and 280 MPa, respectively.
