Abstract:
Secondary aluminum dross is hazardous solid waste generated in aluminum industry production, and the safe disposal and resource utilization of it has always been a concern for industry personnel. The deficiencies existing in the treatment and utilization process of secondary aluminum dross were briefly described. Based on the above, the existing treatment process of secondary aluminum dross in a company was analyzed, and then the technical improvement plan was proposed. In the technical improvement plan, ultrasonic and aeration enhancement measures were used to reduce the denitrification and defluorination time, and the calcium aluminate product was produced from the filter slag to realize the full utilization of aluminum resources. The result of economic estimation indicates that the technical improvement plan is economically feasible. The technical improvement plan provides new ways for the effective treatment and utilization of secondary aluminum dross.
