船用型材智能切割工艺的关键技术研究

    • 摘要: 研究船用智能型材切割生产线上的实际故障高风险点有助于提升型材切割的精度和准度,降低产线的生产成本和耗材成本,助力智能型材切割产线的迭代升级,使之发挥出更大的技术优势并创造丰富的经济价值。通过对智能型材切割产线上所发生的高频故障,包括尺寸缺陷、切割缺陷以及工艺参数缺陷的深入探索和研究,提出了多种具有参考意义的改善措施。在控制上修正切割联动系数和反应时间,在装备上优化切割定位装置,在工艺技术上提出板外起弧法和来料分层法,在程序上新增frame多级补偿算法,以此来大幅提升和拓展智能型材切割线的使用情景和效率。

       

      Abstract: The research on the actual high-risk points of faults on the intelligent profile cutting production line for ships can improve the accuracy and precision of profile cutting, assist in the iterative upgrading of intelligent cutting production lines, so that it can play a greater technical advantage and create rich economic value. Through in-depth exploration and research on the size defects, cutting defects, and process parameter defects of high-frequency faults occurring on the profile cutting production line, various meaningful improvement measures have been proposed. Revising the cutting linkage coefficient and reaction time in control, optimizing the cutting positioning device in equipment, proposing the external arc starting method and layered feeding method in process technology, and adding a frame compensation algorithm in the program to greatly improve and expand the application scenarios and efficiency of intelligent profile cutting lines.
