Ta10W合金球形粉末制备及其SLM打印研究

    Preparation and SLM Printing of Ta10W Alloy Spherical Powders

    • 摘要: 采用电子束熔炼铸锭-氢化破碎-等离子球化工艺制备了Ta10W合金球形粉,并使用该球形粉进行了SLM打印试验。结果表明:初始粉体通过等离子球化处理后球形率接近100%。球形粉末的D10D50D90分别为16.7、27.3和53.8μm,且基本没有空心粉末颗粒。打印试样表面光滑,无裂纹,采用此球形粉打印可获得完整的零件,说明该球形粉具有良好的打印特性。打印态试件经1450℃×1 h退火处理后屈服强度高达600 MPa,抗拉强度达到740 MPa,同时伸长率达到30%以上,综合力学性能优于传统压力加工的Ta10W合金。

       

      Abstract: Ta10W alloy spherical powders were prepared through electron beam melting ingot-hydrogenation crushing-plasma spheroidization process. The spherical powders were used for SLM(selective laser melting) printing experiments. The results show that after plasma spheroidization treatment, the sphericity of the initial powder approaches 100%. D10, D50and D90of the spherical powders are 16.7 μm, 27.3 μm and 53.8 μm, respectively, and there is basically no hollow powder particles. The printed sample surface is smooth and crack-free. The complete parts can be obtained by printing with the spherical powders, which indicates that the spherical powders have good printing characteristics. After 1450 ℃×1 h annealing treatment, the yield strength of the printed specimen is up to 600 MPa, the tensile strength reaches 740 MPa, and the elongation reaches more than 30%, the comprehensive mechanical properties are superior to those of the traditionally hotworked Ta10W alloy.
