高锰耐磨钢的研究进展与展望

    Research Progress and Future Prospects of High Manganese Wear-resistant Steel

    • 摘要: 高锰耐磨钢一直是高冲击载荷磨损条件下首选的钢铁耐磨材料,对高锰钢国内外研究的现状与进展情况进行梳理总结十分必要。在介绍高锰钢的典型化学成分、微观组织的基础上,对当前国内外高锰钢的研究成果进行总结,对高锰钢的强化机制理论与强化工艺的研究成果进行介绍,最后从深化研究高锰钢强化机制理论、开发性能优良的新型高锰钢产品、解决高锰钢生产中的共性难题等方面对高锰钢研究进行展望。

       

      Abstract: High manganese wear-resistant steel has always been the preferred steel wear-resistant material under high impact load wear conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize the current status and progress of research on high manganese steel at home and abroad. On the basis of introducing the typical chemical composition and microstructure of high manganese steel, the current research achievements of high manganese steel in China and abroad were summarized, and the research results of the strengthening mechanism theory and strengthening process of high manganese steel were focused on.Finally, the future prospects of high manganese steel research were proposed from the aspects of deepening the research on the strengthening mechanism theory of high manganese steel, developing new high manganese steel products with excellent performance and solving common problems in high manganese steel production.
